MINAMI 48-Hour Return Policy

At MINAMI, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order, subject to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

  • A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

2. Return Approval

3. Return Shipping

  • The item must be shipped within 3 days of return approval.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Inspection & Processing

Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
